BRIGHTON – Two female students at Overland Trail Middle School were cited for possession of marijuana Dec. 7.
Neither student was identified because they are juveniles. Brighton Police Department spokesman John Bradley said officials in the school found the contraband without need of a search from police officers.
One of the students received a second citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were released to the custody of their parents at the school, Bradley said.
