Wanker

    Summer Wanker and Jeff Trujillo, of Brighton, welcome a son, Elijah Zachariah Wanker.

    Elijah was born June 14, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 6 pounds, 15 ½ ounces and measured 21 inches.

    Grandparents are Michelle and Troy Wanker, of Brighton, and Chris Lopez, of Brighton. Great-grandparent is Rosellie Boomer, of Brighton.

    It is the couple’s first child.

Borowski

    Christina and Tony Borowski, of Commerce City, welcome a son, Lukas Anthony Borowski.

    Lukas was born June 19, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 21 inches.

    Grandparents are Mike Erdman, of Amarillo, Texas, Doug and Denice Small, of North Richland Hills, Texas, and Tom and Cathy Borowski, of Thornton.

    Great-grandparents are Paul Borowski, of Orlando, Fla., Bob and Jean Poundes, of Deland, Fla. And Guy and Joan Hamblen, of Canyon, Texas.

    It is the couple’s first child.

Thompson

    Yesenia Thompson, of Fort Lupton, announces the birth of a daughter, De’Neay Alazoee Carolina Thompson.

    De’Neay was born June 20, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. She weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 18 ½ inches.

    Grandparents are Peter James Thompson and Carolina Thompson, of Fort Lupton. Great-grandparents are Jose and Paula Adame, of Compton, Calif., and Maria Thompson, of Gardenia, Calif.

Swarts

    Jennifer and Jason Swarts, of Hudson, welcome a daughter, Claire Elizabeth Swarts.

    Claire was born June 22, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. She weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 21 inches.

    Grandparents are Leon and Margie Zimbleman, of Prospect Valley, and Faron and Brenda Swarts, of Hudson. Great-grandparents are John and Emma Meier, of Keenesburg, Helen Swarts, of Hudson, and Delores Cook, of Fort Lupton.

Pulido

    Cristina Pulido and Jesus Garcia, of Commerce City, welcome a son, Juan Diego Garcia Pulido.

    Juan was born June 24, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 20 ½ inches.

    Grandparents are Teresa Carillo, Drogenes Pulido, Bertha Rocha and Juan Garcia, all of Mexico.

    Juan is welcomed by siblings, Jesus, 15, Israel, 14, and Cesar, 6.

Harkness

    Ashley and Matthew Harkness, of Brighton, welcome a son, Tyler Grant Harkness.

    Tyler was born June 27, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 19 ½ inches.

    Grandparents are Dan and Peggy Heap, of Fort Worth, Texas, and Dick and Wendy Harkness, of Omaha, Neb. Great-grandparent is Charles Dale Archibald, of Salt Lake City, Utah.

    It is the couple’s first child.

Bolyard

    Jennifer and Ralph Bolyard, of Brighton, announce the birth of their son, Cooper Bolyard.  Cooper was born June 29, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center.  He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and measured 20 inches.

    Cooper’s grandparents are Mike and Linda Nudd, of Brighton, and Ralph and Nancy Bolyard, of New Windsor, Md.

    His great grandparents are Lillis Swanberg, of Thornton, and Elizabeth Rice, of Frederick, Md.

    Cooper joins siblings Zack, 15, Jessey, 12, Emma, 11, MacKenzie, 10, Lyndsie, 9, Zach, 9, and Peyton, 1, at home.
