A blue, 1992 Jeep Cherokee, stolen out of Northglenn, was found Oct. 19 in a Brighton neighborhood. A Brighton police officer on routine patrol at 1:48 p.m. noticed the Cherokee had been in the same spot at the corner of North 11th Avenue and Myrtle Street for a while because of the debris accumulated around it. A check confirmed the vehicle was stolen. A tow company was called along with the Northglenn Police Department. They intended to let the owner know his vehicle was located.
