FORT LUPTON -- Riverdale Ridge's Bradley Weinmaster won the stroke-play portion of the Frederick Golf Classic at Coyote Creek Aug. 25. He shot a 3-under par 68.
Prairie View's Keagan Bond also shot a 3-under 68 but took second because of tie-breakers. Brighton's Coby Puzio was fourth after his even-par round of 71. Will Balliet of the Ravens also shot a 71 and took fifth because of tie-breakers.
Legacy's top finisher was Luke Tourault, who fired a 7-over par 78. Frederick's Teagun Boen finished his round with an 82. Holy Family's low scorer was Drew Federspiel, who carded an 85.
Northglenn's Nickl Debell finished with an 84, and Mountain Range's Carter Lentz was his team's medalist with a 105.
Riverdale Ridge was second in the team standings. Prairie View's squad took third. Legacy finished eighth, and Brighton's Bulldogs were ninth. The host Golden Eagles took 16th. Holy Family was 17th, and Northglenn wound up 19th. MRHS was 26th.
