Loretta M. Gleim, 56, of Fort Lupton, passed away Aug. 8, 2010, at her home.
She was born June 10, 1954, to Reuben and Selma (Seader) Wagner in Brighton She graduated from Brighton High School in 1972 and married Richard Gleim May 20, 1972, in Brighton. She later graduated from Aims Community College as a paralegal.
Loretta was a lifetime resident of the Brighton- Fort Lupton area. She worked for Harmony Homes from 1998-2005 and spent the last five years at home taking care of her family.
She enjoyed fishing, trips to Canada and she loved her dogs, Elsa, Haley, Partner and Farrah, all Labrador Retrievers. Loretta was a loving mother, grandmother and a beloved friend to many. She loved to cook especially her Sunday baking.
Loretta is survived by her husband; sons, Chad (Beckie) Gleim, of Fort Lupton, and Jason (Marcy) Gleim, of Bailey; brother, Larry (Pat) Wagner, of Fort Lupton; sisters, Janet (Dewayne) Jackson, of Fort Lupton and Pam (Richard) Segoe, of Fort Lupton.
She was preceded in death by both parents; and one sister, Linda Ditero, in 2010.
A memorial service is at 4 p.m., Aug. 15, at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Boulder & Broomfield Counties, 2594 Trailridge Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026. Tabor-Rice Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
