Kyle Johns plead guilty to aggravated robbery Dec. 3. His sentencing is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.

A Weld County jury convicted Johns of robbery late last month. That case involved Dale's Pharmacy in downtown Fort Lupton. Johns' sentencing is set for Dec. 22. In that case, authorities said he walked into the store and demanded drugs, specifically Oxycontin and codone. Police were able to arrest Johns in a nearby alley.
