BRIGHTON – Business owner and former Mayor Jan Pawlowski is among the recipients of the E-470 Public Highway Authority Driving Force awards, presented to individuals who have contributed to the E-470 tollway’s successes.

Pawlowski served on the E-470 board from 2002 to 2009 and as chairperson before leaving the board. She now is the president of the E-470 Transportation Safety Foundation.
Pawlowski was honored along with snow removal contractor Dave Pickrell, of T-P Enterprises, former Weld County Commissioner Glenn Vaad, state Sen. Suzanne Williams, and Douglas County commissioner Melanie Worley.
The awards have been presented for more than 20 years. Previous award winners include former Colorado governors, state, local and federally elected officials, consultants and other contractors.
