Food drive thanks

Posted

Editor,

I would like to thank the community of Brighton, the company of Bleeker and Vigesaa, GC, and Bank of Choice for the donations that have been made to the food drive in which Land Title Guarantee Co. is currently participating. Company wide, we have collected more than 60 barrels of food.

We posted a flyer at the entrance of our building, and several times a week, a bag of nonperishable food items appear at the door, prior to us arriving in the morning. The local business of Bleeker and Vigesaa, GC, made a huge donation of five cases of canned vegetables, and five cases of pasta. Bank of Choice donated $100.00 to the cause. This cash donation will provide 400 meals.

In this time of need, I want to thank the individuals and local businesses for their

thoughtfulness and generosity to this community. This is what makes Brighton a wonderful place to live, work and shop.

Our food drive will continue through December 11, and the donations will benefit The Food Bank of the Rockies. Please feel free to participate, any donation is greatly appreciated and needed.

Lynn Ann Sheats
