Brighton and Commerce City police said separate, three-year check fraud investigations turned into an organized fraud ring with at least five suspects.

One of the five suspects, Rosa Linda Perez Delozano, 55, is in custody. Police are looking for the remainder -- Noe Lozano Perez, 35, 58-year-old Noe Lozano Loya, 30-year-old Linda Lozano Perez and 38-year-old Hector Pinela.

Potential charges include violation of the state’s organized crime control act, money laundering, fraud by check, theft, filing a false tax return, tax evasion and failure to file a return or pay tax. It'll be up to the Adams County District Attorney's Office to decide on charges.

Those with information about the suspects who are at large should call 303-655-8740 or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 and reference case 17-5598.
