    Lisa and Michael Nekvasil, of Brighton, announce the birth of their son, Cody Michael Nekvasil.
    Cody was born Nov. 28, 2010, at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton. He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 21 inches.
   Cody’s grandparents are Susan and John Hickey, of Mead, Michael Albert Nekvasil, of Berthoud, and Veronica Nekvasil, of Henderson.
