     Someone used bolt cutters to break a couple of locks at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton last week. A city employee told police Oct. 12 that bolt cutters were used to open the cemetery gate the previous night and then to open a storage shed. Nothing was missing from the shed. There are no suspects or leads in the incident.
