Brighton Oasis Family Aquatic Park reopens June 5

After a year's absence because of coronavirus, Brighton Oasis Family Aquatic Park reopens for the season Saturday, June 5.

The city announced timed entry waves for guests .. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. and from 4 to 6 p.m. (twilight pricing available for this time slot). Outdoor pool COVID-19 guidelines at the time will apply, according to a city statement. The park will close is the high temperature for the day doesn't hit at least 70 degrees.

The Oasis season pass sale (includes a free companion pass redeemable at the Brighton Recreation Center, 555 N. 11th Ave.) is still in effect until Friday, June 4. To purchase a pass, call the Brighton Recreation Center at 303-655-2200.

Additionally, the aquatics department is still in search of lifeguards. In-house training is provided for all hired applicants. Contact Taylor Krolopp at 303-655-2211 or tkrolopp@brightonco.gov
