In front of family and friends, Neil L. Blue and Joyce H. made their solemn vow to each other Sept. 19, 1959, and became one.


    Neil and Joyce, along with their three daughters, 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, will celebrate their 51st wedding anniversary Sept. 18, 2010.
